Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to increase our pipeline of business plan and consulting clients.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the immigration and investment ecosystem.
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to understand prospective clients’ needs and present Wealth Theory’s solutions effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on BC PNP, SUV, and other immigration trends to identify emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business environment (immigration knowledge is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Create detailed 5-year pro forma financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow) for client business plans that meet strict immigration standards.
- Internal Accounting: Manage Wealth Theory’s bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Research industry benchmarks to ensure client financial projections are realistic and defensible.
- Compliance: Assist in preparing financial documentation required for various government application streams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA designation or candidacy is an asset).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial forecasting software.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
Business Consulting Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on diverse industries (from tech to hospitality) to support our consultants in writing business plans.
- Content Drafting: Assist in drafting sections of business plans, market studies, and pitch decks.
- Data Organization: Compile and analyze statistical data to validate business concepts for immigration officers.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day operational tasks and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Economics, or Communications program.
- Strong written English skills and an ability to synthesize information quickly.
- A genuine interest in startups and the Canadian immigration legal framework.
